The legendary Dutch music outfit, BZN, who had their goodbye tour in 2007, is on their way to South Africa for their farewell shows, beginning in Cape Town on Friday.
Due to continuous and overwhelming public demand the group has decided
to perform locally "one more time" since their farewell more than a decade ago.
According to the tour promoter, the lead singers, Anny Schilder and Jan Keizer, are excited and thrilled to sing in the Mother City and Johannesburg once again.
N...ext year, Schilder and Keizer will be celebrating 40 years since they had their first hits together.
BZN was founded in Volendam in 1966 and has recorded over 30 albums.

They became the most popular Dutch band to date with their platinum certificated albums, while four of the six- member group were recognised with an Order of Chivalry for their contribution to Dutch music.
The pop group was one of the first to tour an arts and entertainment hungry South Africa since the early nineties, following the lifting of the international Cultural Boycott and sanctions.
Since then, BZN became a household name and had many sold-out tours in South Africa.
