Cape Town Mayor Patricia De Lille's time in office could soon be up. The DA Federal Executive Council is expected to decide her fate this morning. FedEx Chair James Selfe, his deputy Natasha Mazzone and others will brief the media in Cape Town on the next step in their frosty relationship with De Lille. Over 70 percent of the DA's caucus in the City of Cape Town council recently passed a motion of no confidence in her. De Lille has indicated she will challenge her recall in court. This morning, she is also expected to lay criminal against DA MP's over a social media post suggesting that an audit opinion blames her for irregularities in the City of Cape Town.
