A tavern owner at Wesbank in Mfuleni has been served with a notice to appear before a Liquor Tribunal on Thursday.

An Inspector from the Western Cape Liquor Authority, Leroy Nolan served the tavern owner with the notice in the presence of the police.
Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the attack.
The suspects aged 30 and 31 were arrested by members of the Anti Gang Unit.
They are expected to appear in the Blue Downs Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
They face charges of murder and attempted murder.
